Venue time starts at the agreed booking time regardless of when your event actually begins. Late arrivals do not extend event time. Your 8 hours already covers setup and cleanup — plan accordingly.

- 4–5 vehicles can park inside the venue
- Additional parking available just outside the venue

Your guests will be accommodated. We take care of the logistics so you can focus on celebrating.

- Excessive noise beyond the venue area must be managed by the client

Hiraya San Pablo Events Place reserves the right to stop or end an event that repeatedly violates house rules or endangers the venue and surrounding environment.
The client is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of venue property caused by the client, their guests, or their suppliers. Costs are deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

The ₱5,000 reservation fee is fully non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. From the moment your reservation fee is paid, your date is exclusively held and closed to all other inquiries. This fee is the cost of that exclusivity.

- Must be requested at least 7 days before the original event date
- May be subject to additional fees depending on new date
In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, government-mandated restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond anyone's control, Hiraya San Pablo Events Place will work with the client to arrange rescheduling to the nearest available date.
Refunds are not guaranteed in force majeure situations. However, we commit to making every reasonable effort to accommodate affected clients.
- Hiraya may document events for marketing purposes (website, social media)
- Clients may opt out with a written request submitted before the event
- All client personal information is kept strictly confidential
- Client data will never be shared with third parties
Failure to complete full payment within the required timeline (3 days before the event) may result in the automatic release of the reserved date without refund of the reservation fee. Hiraya San Pablo reserves the right to re-open the date for other clients if payment is not received on time. No exceptions.
All events must end within the reserved 8-hour block. Your 8 hours already covers setup and cleanup. If you need time before your block for a complex setup, arrange Extended Setup Hours in advance at ₱2,500/hr. If your event runs beyond the block, Extended Event Hours are automatically charged at ₱2,500 per hour — no negotiation, no exceptions. The client is responsible for ensuring all guests, suppliers, and activities conclude within or within pre-arranged extended time.
Basic venue cleanup is included. However, excessive mess, spills, leftover food, or event debris beyond normal use may incur additional cleaning charges, which will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately. The client is expected to ensure suppliers remove their own materials before leaving.
Music, sound systems, and noise levels must comply with local barangay and city regulations. Hiraya reserves the right to limit sound levels or stop activities if noise complaints are received from neighbors or local authorities. Clients will not be entitled to a refund if an event is shortened due to failure to comply with noise regulations.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted with no corkage fee. However, the client is fully responsible for ensuring responsible consumption among their guests. Hiraya reserves the right to intervene, limit service, or remove individuals in cases of unsafe, disruptive, or threatening behavior resulting from alcohol consumption.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times within the venue and its surrounding areas. Hiraya San Pablo Events Place is not liable for accidents, injuries, or incidents resulting from unsupervised minors during the event.
Hiraya San Pablo Events Place is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings of guests, clients, or suppliers. Clients are advised to designate a responsible person to manage valuable items and personal property during the event.
All equipment — including sound system, lights, and other in-house facilities — is regularly maintained. However, Hiraya is not liable for unforeseen technical issues or equipment failures beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly, but no refunds will be issued for technical interruptions outside of our control.
A final venue inspection will be conducted after every event before the security deposit is released. The client or their representative is encouraged to be present during the inspection. Any damage, missing items, or excessive mess identified during inspection will be documented and may result in deductions from the security deposit or additional billing.
All official agreements, bookings, confirmations, and changes must be documented through our official communication channels — Facebook Messenger (@hirayasanpabloeventsplace) or email ([email protected]). Verbal agreements or communications through unofficial channels will not be recognized as binding. When in doubt, always confirm in writing.
