🔒 Is the venue 100% private?
Yes! When you book Hiraya, the entire venue is exclusively yours — no other guests, no overlapping events, no distractions. Ever. Function hall, conference room, and al fresco area — all locked in for you.
👥 What is the venue capacity?
Best for intimate events of 20–60 guests. The indoor hall comfortably seats up to 60 guests, and the outdoor al fresco area can accommodate an additional 40. Total combined: up to 100 guests.
🍽️ Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes! Outside caterers are welcome. A kitchen & service fee applies: Mon–Thu ₱3,000 | Fri–Sun ₱6,000. This covers kitchen use, water, electricity, dinnerware, and staff coordination.
🥂 Is there a corkage fee on beverages?
No corkage fee on alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, cakes, and ice cream carts — all FREE to bring in. Only specialty equipment (chocolate fountain, popcorn machine, etc.) has minimal fees.
🚗 Is there parking available?
Yes! 4–5 cars can park inside the venue. Additional parking is available just outside, with barangay coordination during events to ensure smooth and hassle-free parking for all guests. Our team assists in guiding parking throughout your event.
⏱️ Can we extend beyond 8 hours?
Your 8 hours already covers your full event period including setup and cleanup — it is not an extra charge. If you need time before your block for complex styling, a live band, or a large catering team, you can add Extended Setup Hours in advance at ₱2,500/hr. If your event runs beyond the block, Extended Event Hours are automatically charged at ₱2,500/hr. We strongly recommend arranging this at booking — not on the day itself.
💰 How much is the reservation fee?
₱5,000 reservation fee (non-refundable, non-transferable) to hold your date + ₱3,000 refundable security deposit. Balance is settled 3 days before the event. Payment via cash or bank transfer only.
🎨 Can we bring our own decorator?
Yes! Outside decorators are welcome. An electrical fee of ₱500 applies per equipment used. Maximum of 5 outside suppliers per event — please declare all suppliers 3 days before your event.
🏛️ Can we visit the venue before booking?

What is the cancellation policy?
The ₱5,000 reservation fee is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. From the moment you pay, your date is exclusively held and closed to all other inquiries. Rescheduling is available with at least 7 days' notice, subject to date availability — so your reservation is not lost if your plans change.

🐾 Are pets allowed at the venue?
Pets are allowed at Hiraya, but must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times and must not disturb other guests or cause damage to the venue. Pet owners are fully responsible for any mess or damage caused by their pets. Please declare in advance if you plan to bring pets so we can make the necessary arrangements.
